ในหน้านี้ผมจะระบุถึงนโยบายการจัดเก็บ, ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ทั้งนี้ เราจะไม่ใช้หรือแบ่งปันข้อมูลของคุณกับผู้อื่น นอกเหนือไปจากที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว และเราคำนึงถึงเรื่องความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้อย่างจริงจัง

ข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บและใช้งาน

ข้อมูลประวัติ
เรามีการเก็บประวัติการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์เพื่อให้รองรับพระราชบัญญัติคอมพิวเตอร์ภายในประเทศไทย ซึ่งข้อมูลที่มีการจัดเก็บนั้นจะประกอบด้วย ที่อยู่ Internet Protocol (“IP”), ประเภทและเวอร์ชันของเบราเซอร์, หน้าที่ท่านเข้าชม, วันที่และเวลาที่ท่านเข้าชม, ระยะเวลาการเข้าชม, การแสดงความคิดเห็น และสถิติอื่น ๆ
คุกกี้ของ Google Analytics
กูเกิลเป็นผู้จัดเก็บข้อมูลเหล่านี้เพื่อจัดเก็บการใช้งานโดยทั่วไป เว็บไซต์นี้จะไม่มีการเผยแพร่โฆษณาเนื่องจากเป็นเว็บไซต์ที่เขียนถึง portfolio ของตัวเอง และบล็อกส่วนตัว

การรักษาความปลอดภัย
ข้อมูลของท่านที่มีการจัดเก็บในเว็บไซต์ จะมีการรักษาความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานที่ใช้ในเว็บไซต์ผ่านการส่งข้อมูลที่มีการเข้ารหัสด้วยใบรับรองจาก Let’s Encrypt ขณะที่ข้อมูลการสมัครสมาชิกนั้น จะมีมาตรการการรักษาความปลอดภัยตามที่ระบุไว้ใน WordPress นอกจากนี้ เรายังมีการเพิ่มการรักษาความปลอดภัยทางด้านเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ให้บริการภายในประเทศไทย
ทั้งนี้ ถ้าหากมีการโจมตี หรือข้อมูลรั่วไหล เราจะต้องแจ้งกับผู้ใช้งานภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง ตามที่ระบุไว้ใน พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562
การเชื่อมโยงไปยังเว็บอื่น ๆ
เว็บไซต์ของเรานั้นจะมีลิงก์ที่เชื่อมโยงไปยังเว็บไซต์อื่น ๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากเรา โดยส่วนมากแล้วจะเป็นเว็บไซต์ข่าว และเว็บไซต์ที่เราได้ฝากพอดคาสต์ไว้ ทั้งนี้ เราไม่สามารถควบคุมนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้กับเว็บไซต์อื่น ๆ ได้ ดังนั้น เราจึงแนะนำให้ท่านตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขการใช้งานและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเว็บไซต์นั้น ๆ ทุกครั้งที่ท่านเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์
การคุ้มครองเด็กที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 18 ปี
เว็บไซต์ของเราจะไม่มีการกล่าวถึงเรื่องข้อมูลของเด็กที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 18 ปี
ทั้งนี้ ถ้าหากเด็กที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 18 ปีต้องการที่จะแบ่งปันข้อมูลที่ระบุตัวตนได้ ท่านจะต้องขอเอกสารแสดงความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองของท่าน และให้ท่านติดต่อมาที่ช่องทางการติดต่อที่เราระบุไว้ด้านท้ายของหน้านี้ ทั้งนี้ ถ้าหากเราพบว่ามีข้อมูลของเด็กที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 18 ปีและยังไม่ได้รับเอกสารความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง เราจะลบข้อมูลของท่านทันที
การปรับให้เข้ากับกฎหมาย
เว็บไซต์มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลภายในประเทศไทย จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องปรับแต่งเว็บไซต์เพื่อให้ตอบสนองกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (Personal Data Privacy Act of Thailand 2019; PDPA) รวมไปถึง พระราชบัญญัติคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2562
การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
เราอาจจะปรับปรุงหน้านโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวได้ตลอดเวลา ทั้งนี้เราจะชี้แจงกับท่านทุกครั้งที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เราแนะนำให้ท่านติดตามหน้านี้เป็นระยะ เพื่อติดตามความเปลี่ยนแปลง และเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในส่วนใด เราจะมีการระบุไว้ด้านบนสุดของหน้านี้

I keep your Personal Information secure by encrypting information via Let’s Encrypt encryption certificate and stored sensitive information using existing mechanism within WordPress. Your personal information is stored in data center, located in Thailand.
Although we tried our best to keep your data secure, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Hence, we recommend following the basic principle of data security when using our website.
We are also provided the alert to everyone who affected in security breach within 72 hours, as legislated in the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand, 2019.

Although, I are not complying with other regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and/or the General Personal Data Protection Law of Brazil (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais; LGPD), please noted that the PDPA is mostly complied with most of your local privacy regulations, and I can ensure that I am able to comply with current and future privacy regulations.
